Reform: Unionization

Summary: Unionization is the process of workers forming voluntary associations.  They used collective bargaining between the workers and the employers for higher pay and better conditions but when that didn't work the workers went on strike, forcing the employers to make an agreement or have no workers.
    In my opinion, Unionization is a good thing it helps workers get the rights they need and the environment they need in their atmosphere at work.  They needed to get more sanitary environments and also higher pay for their hard work.  I think it was good in this time period because big business owners wanted to cut corners with paying for necessary things but the unions forced them to do what is needed in order to have healthy happy workers.
