3-2-1

3 Things I learned
-That the Industrial Revolution started in Great Britain because of their abundance of resources.
-I also learned a lot about urbanization and the unsanitary environments in the cities due to the rush of people, lack of housing, and lack of knowledge of cleanliness.
-Although I knew a few things about child labor, chapter 9 really clarified how hard of a life children had in the Industrial Revolution.  The things they thought were normal we think as absurd to make a child do.

2 things I found interesting.
-I honestly found the agricultural advances interesting, for example the seed drill and the process of crop rotation and how it was the beginning of the industrial revolution in many ways.
-I also found it interesting that although the railroad was a part of the Industrial Revolution, it didn't have as big of a role that i thought it did.  Or at least the book didn't pay as much attention to it as i thought it would.

1 Question I still have
-My only question is just curiosity, based on how the employers first took to the strikes and protests of their workers and unionization.
